The Speech Therapist provides speech and language services to elementary students with communication needs. Responsibilities include evaluating students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals, providing individual and small-group therapy, monitoring student progress, maintaining required documentation, and collaborating with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other professionals.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and appropriate Louisiana licensure/certification. School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
