Job Duties: 

Schedule appointments and procedures for the clinic.
- Coordinate with medical staff, patients, and other departments to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient use of resources.
- Use phone systems and computer software to input and update appointment information.
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate emergencies or changes in patient status.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in scheduling or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
