Job Duties:

• Collect and record blood samples using appropriate equipment and testing instruments as needed.
• Prepare blood samples for testing according to specified procedures, procedures to be followed by the Laboratory according to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Perform routine blood draws as assigned.
• Perform blood draws on patients as needed.
• Prepare blood specimens for testing according to specified procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Provide medical care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all HIPPA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidential information.
• Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the organization including but not limited to OSHA, HIPAA, and Elite Health Solutions LLC policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Phlebotomy: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician Certificate (Required)
