Correct facility charges by reviewing patient chart, interpret medical information to assign correct ICD and CPT codes, work with physicians and staff to coordinate consults, participate in educational activities, and maintain confidentiality.
Required: Knowledge of coding and clinic operating policy, ability to read and interpret medical terminology, ability to work effectively with patients and co-workers and to communicate clearly.
