Gil McElroy, owner of Southern Maid on E. 70th needs to replace his manager. She has pretty much stopped doing her job. This job is 7 days a week, part of every day. Some days come in with the cooks in the wee hours to get everything turned own and start cooking. Clean up the shop, everything should be in place and ready to open. Other days, come in to close. The shop closes mid-afternoon. It is open on Saturday and Sunday, so part of each weekend day is spent there. He needs someone who is OK with working that front counter...greeting people when they walk in the door, getting their order together, ringing it up, etc. Always happy and smiling. Keeping the front end straight and stocked. I tried to find a female for this position with no luck. I called Gil today and he gave me permission to look for a guy. Let's go!
