Responsibilities:
-Answer patient questions regarding contracts the clinic participates in
-Maintain current coding of diagnostic procedures
-Attend required meetings
-Maintain patient confidentiality
-Perform any related work as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred. - Knowledge of insurance industry - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Ability to sort and file materials by alphabetic and numeric systems
