Responsibilities

Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
Provide support as a personal assistant to executives or managers as needed.
Utilize phone systems effectively to handle inquiries and provide information to clients or customers.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer support.
Experience
Previous experience as a Senior Administrative Specialist role is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with various office software applications.
Experience with office accounting tasks with emphasis on A/P and A/R, along with QuickBooks and Excel
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
