Installer Technician
Position Overview
The Installer Technician works as part of a two-person crew to install, configure, and test ATM and related security systems at designated sites. The work involves frequent travel, hands-on technical installation, and coordination with teammates to complete projects efficiently and securely.
Work Schedule & Travel
Team members meet Monday morning and travel together in a company-provided truck
Typical workweek is Monday–Friday
Travel is required approximately 50 weeks per year
Hotel accommodations are provided
Per diem is issued for travel days
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and test ATM machines
Run wiring and install access control systems, cameras, and alarm systems in financial institutions
Assist with placement and installation of ATMs, ITMs, cash drawers, and related equipment
Perform basic troubleshooting and testing to ensure systems function properly
Follow safety, security, and company procedures at all job sites
Required Qualifications
Ability to perform hands-on technical and mechanical installation work
Experience running wire and installing security or low-voltage systems preferred
Valid driver’s license (Required)
Ability to travel extensively and work in various locations
Must pass background screening:
No felony convictions
No theft-related charges
Misdemeanors reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment
Ability to work in confined spaces and on ladders as needed
